Driving directions FROM NORTH (Glasgow): On the M77 head towards Kilmarnock and leave at Junction 6 (Galston). Follow the brown signs for Whitelee Windfarm Visitor Centre. FROM SOUTH (Ayrshire): Go on the A77 heading for Glasgow and follow the brown signs for Whitelee Windfarm Visitor Centre (leave A77 at Fenwick/Stewarton exit). Alternatively put your postcode in the box above and click 'Get Directions' or if using sat nav type in our postcode G76 0QQ.
Bus Unfortunately the Visitor Centre at Whitelee is not yet part of a designated bus route. If travelling by bus, Eaglesham is the closest village to the windfarm and Visitor Centre. However, please note that you would require private transport (taxi) to get from Eaglesham to Whitelee Windfarm.
Train The closest train station to Whitelee is in East Kilbride with the nearest station being Hairmyres. However, please note that you would require private transport in order to get from the train station to Whitelee Windfarm.
