Gold Award for Green Tourism
We are committed to making responsible decisions in our day to day business to ensure that we reduce our impact on the environment and work to increase sustainability, we have achieved so much already and are committed to improving every day. We were awarded a Gold Green Business Tourism award when we joined the scheme in 2015, since then we’ve continued to establish more sustainable methods.
We take our social responsibility seriously from sourcing local suppliers for our cakes, coffee and food to purchasing items that are more energy efficient and responsibly sourced, such as our benches on the decking area made from responsibly sourced wood.

We continue to reduce our waste streams and all our takeaway items in the café are compostable including the coffee cups and lids. We segregate out waste and all our food and even the coffee grounds are collected.
